Recently,
I hired Bob to put together a complete home theater system for me. He
came to me on the recommendation of the highly esteemed loud speaker
maker, Genesis.
Bob is amazing in terms of his product knowledge, helpfulness, and
professionalism. He and I talked almost daily, sometimes late in the
night. He not only listened to my concerns every step of the way, but
also dropped by my house more than a few times to make sure every detail
was addressed. After the system was installed, he continued to show up
at my door step to fine tune the system for me. He did all that without
my asking.
I have been to many audio dealers who have plush stores, but who
provide too little personal service. The way Bob does business, he
makes genuine friends out of his customers. And how can you not do
business with such a friend.

“My Bruce Moore components and Genesis 6.1 speakers make the most
incredible sounding system I have ever heard and I owe it all to Bob
Bergner of RB Audio! I first met Bob by calling him to just inquire
about a CD player and since then there has been no need to call anybody
else. Since that first meeting Bob has given my audio system a complete
makeover. I thought my system was already good, but I really had no idea
what I was missing. With Bob's 25 years of working experience and
direction, I now have a system that sounds more amazing than I ever
dreamed possible. My system now consists of Bruce Moore's Dual 70 stereo
amp and Companion III preamp, Cary 308T CD player and Genesis 6.1
loudspeakers.
Words can't describe how incredible my musical recording's and DVD's
sound, and I owe it all to Bob! I now have a system that is real hi-fi.
Friends who come over are actually stunned when they see my system and
are completely blown away when I play it for them. You should just see
the looks on their faces. I get responses like: "Oh, my God!" or "That
is just incredible! What is THAT"?
If I ever have a question or concern all
I have to do is give Bob a call and he's right there to help or give his
advice. I trust him wholeheartedly. He's the man! Everyone should have
the pleasure of experiencing Bob's professionalism and service. I can
truly day that I look forward to many more years of doing business with
him.
